Rebecca Lord

​Born and bred in Canterbury, Rebecca joined the company in Jan 2015 originally as a Branch Champion, Rebecca has a background in retail and prior to Tradestaff, in Social Work.

With a background of helping people, she enjoys assisting potential candidates through to positive outcomes.

Originally assisting at Branch Level, Rebecca then merged into Human resources early 2020 to help work through the various challenges that COVID and lockdowns presented to our valued workforce across the country. With COVID now in the rear view mirror she is excited to bring her passion for people to a new segment of the business, joining International in April 2022. 

Finding people, then finding placements for them brings a great sense of satisfaction for Rebecca as Tradestaff launches them into an exciting new life of opportunities in New Zealand.
