Stella Serafico

​Originally from the Philippines, Stella moved to New Zealand in 2016 and has been immersed in recruitment ever since. She holds a degree in Psychology from the Philippines, which has helped shape her deep understanding of people and their career aspirations.

Stella’s recruitment experience spans multiple countries and industries. She worked in executive search for the technology sector in Singapore before moving into blue-collar recruitment in New Zealand. Most recently, she was a Talent Acquisition Partner for a large NZ company, giving her valuable insight into both candidate and business needs.

While recruitment may not be for everyone, it certainly is for Stella. Her genuine and warm personality quickly puts people at ease, allowing her to build lasting and authentic relationships. She truly enjoys listening to and connecting with people, taking the time to understand their perspectives and what they want in a job.

Stella finds great satisfaction in placing candidates in roles where they thrive – especially when those same candidates return to refer friends. She also understands recruitment from a business owner’s perspective and is passionate about finding the right talent to support their continued success.
